Pregna-Fit™ Group Classes: Pregnancy Fitness Albany, NY

Pregna-Fit™ classes are specially formatted for pregnant women, safe and effective for every trimester. Classes are capped at 8 participants to ensure personal attention is given to each client. Classes are circuit-training-based and include elements of strength, cardio, and mobility. Each class is 45 minutes in length.

As of December 1, 2017, Pregna-Fit™ classes will be temporarily offered at ABC Sports & Fitness at 3 Johnson Road in Latham, NY until our NEW STUDIO opens its doors in early 2018!!

The Pregna-Fit schedule will be as follows:

​​​Classes for New & Seasoned Moms:

Mama Strength:
What: Strength, function, and mobility. This class is designed for moms who are at least 4 months postpartum, have completed the postpartum private training sessions, and are ready to commit to regaining strength, fitness, and confidence. Moms are encouraged to commit to at least 2 workouts a week, but may attend 3. Each 45 minute workout is intense and purpose-driven so busy moms can come in, get a safe, effective workout in order to see real, long-lasting results.
Who: Moms who are at least 4 months postpartum and have had a postpartum core evaluation by Nora or a physical therapist (available & complimentary).
 Monday 7:20 PM, Tuesday 5:00AM, Thursday 5:00AM, 7:20PM, Saturday 7:00AM
