Mama Strength Classes
What: Strength, function, and mobility. This class is designed for moms who are at least 4 months postpartum, have completed the postpartum private training sessions, and are ready to commit to regaining strength, fitness, and confidence. Moms are encouraged to commit to 2-3 training sessions per week.

Every 45 minute workout is intense and purpose-driven so busy moms can come in, get a safe, effective workout in order to see real, long-lasting results.
Who: Moms who are at least 3-4 months postpartum and have had a complimentary postpartum core evaluation by Nora or a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist.

Pregna-Fit™ Group Classes: Pregnancy Fitness Albany, NY


Pregna-Fit™ classes are specially formatted for pregnant women, safe and effective for every trimester. Classes are capped at 12 participants to ensure personal attention is given to each client. Classes are circuit-training-based and include elements of strength, cardio, and mobility. Each class is 45 minutes in length.


All classes are held at our flagship studio, Her Strength, 356 Troy Schenectady Road in Latham. The current schedule is as follows:

Both monthly memberships and flexible class packages are available. Classes range from $15-$25 each. Advanced registration is required via our MindBody site or by emailing info@pregnafit.com or info@herstrength.studio or calling at 518-605-9502.
